For your legs, be sure to do plenty of squats. They are important for leg development, quadriceps, and hamstrings and they are just a good overall exercise.
For your chest area, bench presses do great work. They are important for your pectorals, deltoids, and triceps. Pull ups build your arm muscles and upper back. Deadlifts is the best exercise you can do for your lower back. Since it uses to many muscles it works out your entire lower body.
For muscle growth in your biceps, curls are the best. You will do curls with dumbbells, barbells, or cables. And for the calves, the calf raise is the best exercise.
