You've made it this far together so why not celebrate your 50th wedding anniversary with a little special time for just the two of you. A great idea is to take a couples-only vacation somewhere fabulous. Think about that Caribbean cruise you've always wanted or imagine toasting your commitment over a glass of French wine in Pairs. You decide where to spend this intimate party anniversary.
There are also other ways the two of you can enjoy a private party. For example, you could share a candlelight dinner and a bottle of champagne a nice restaurant. During the dessert service, you can exchange those amazing gifts. And remember it's called this for a reason so shop accordingly.
Celebrating with a Anniversary Golden Party
Often friends and family members will get together to throw you a party on their own. Usually, your children are going to be the ones in charge of planning the anniversary wedding party but there are plenty of other people who could handle the job as well. If you have a say, make sure the planner picks invitations for the event that will match the rest of the theme. What theme is that? Well, usually gold in honor of the significance of your achievement.
