Muscle building is possible when all the extra fat and calories are burnt and reduced completely. To build body with muscles, a person must develop the power and stamina, because the process of muscle development requires the patients, as the process is a slow and gradual one and does not build fast. Therefore, a person must follow the basic necessities and proper instructions to build up the muscle. This means doing the basic exercises and work outs, eat healthy and nutritious food, get rest and sleep for at least 8 hours. By adopting these healthy ways, a person can build up muscles in a much better way.

There are many ways to body building. One of which is to eat healthy and follow a strict diet. To build body with muscles and to have a masculine figure, a person must eat meals, a balanced meal, which is rich in carbohydrate and protein. Carbohydrate is required to get the energy and stamina. The sources of carbohydrate are through food products like rice, pastas, whole grain wheat, oatmeal, glucose, potatoes etc. Some of the carbs are slow resources while some are fast resources. A the secret to a proper body building is that meal should be taken 2 hours before going for the work out session or before doing exercises.

Another and the most important secret to body building is the intake of proteins. Proteins have amino acids in them and protein is the building component or the building block of the muscles. Therefore, protein is necessary. The protein can be taken through the food products that are rich in proteins. For example poultry products like chicken and eggs, meat and fish, milk, cheese and yogurt. Another secret to body building is the intake of muscle building supplements. After the work out session the intake of protein is necessary, as the glycogen present in our bodies to a state of catabolism.

But most vital secret for body building is to do proper and vigorous set of exercises and work outs. For example, crunches, weightlifting, flyes, push ups. Sit ups etc, it would be best if it is done with weights and dumbbells. But before doing these exercises, a person should do some warm up exercises. Because, by doing the warm up exercises a person creates the body heat and energy, which would accelerate the body and make it ready for the vigorous exercises.

But the best secret to proper body building is to get a proper sleep at least 8 hours and drink water, at least 8 glasses. Because water is the basic component foe the building up of muscle as the muscle, fiber and ligament are all composed of water. Therefore, water intake is a necessity.

Another secret to body building is to get a proper sleep. A person following a body building process must get 8 hours of sleep and rest daily. Because, the body building procedure requires a person to do a lot of stressful and vigorous exercises, therefore, absence of rest would hamper the health of a person and even cause serious accidents and ailments.
