Works well although does not have the upgraded maps. I knew this going in. I thought getting the updated maps would be easier. Over all I am pleased with it. Amazon shipping was great.
Customer Review: factory support is poor
the first unit had a defective suction cup, Amazon shipped a replacement quickly and with no hassle. The second unit worked for about 3 months over a 6 month period. It would stop working when it wanted to or pop up the disclaimer screen, usually at the most inconvient times. The support line gave me a runaround, and then told me that because it was a refurbished unit the warrenty was only 6 months. I read the warrenty syick off the box to the rep and she wanted me to scan a copy of it to them and changed the problem code on the web to a battery problem. I am still waiting for the problem to be resolved. My new Garmin works fine.
